Fremont MathPi Academy Math Circle is affiliated with the National Association of Math Circles and American Mathematical Society.
We are a direct affiliate of the National Association of Math Circles and we are run by current US university professors.
ALL courses are taught by university professors, who are all PhDs (a basic requirement) with extensive publishing and research advising experience as they are tenured professors.
The philosophy of a math circle is to instill love of mathematics by bringing students together with professors who design the course and do their own research in advancement of mathematics.

(Start the Young Mathletes Early Program)!
ALL MATHPI SESSIONS FOR FALL 2020 WILL BE ONLINE (LECTURES WILL BE VIA ZOOM AND MATERIALS PROVIDED VIA GOOGLE CLASSROOM)
CURRENT SESSIONS AND OPENINGS CAN BE FOUND IN THE FALL 2020 SCHEDULE LINK
SUCCESS STORIES:
Our master instructor, herself a tenured university professor, has a decade's experience coaching students in Math Circle Concepts, Math Competition Training as well as advanced courses in Pre-Algebra, Pre-Calculus, Algebra 1, Calculus 1 and Statistics and Data Analysis
Language Arts: Given the unique conditions this academic year, Math Circles decided to broaden their enrichment and will be offering a special Language Arts coaching! The focus is to develop the skills necessary for students to succeed in comprehension and distilling passages - the two most important skills required for Language Arts and SAT/ACT success as students navigate through their academic career!
We will start with ONE session of language arts, restricted to 10 students. All grades (3-6) are welcome to apply and the comprehension and vocabulary sessions will be tailored to each grade level, with a segment for challenging sections to prepare students with a long term focus on SBAC and PSAT/SAT in the future. This class is particularly well suited as a secondary class for GATE students as it will deal with deeper concepts in Language Arts.
WHY US?
NEW AND NOTEWORTHY - Our instructor was invited to chair the Fremont Chapter of MathCounts.
She also joined Frontiers of the Young Mind magazine, dedicated to promoting mathematical and scientific curiosity of children, as its mathematics reviewer.
Congratulations, Dr. C!
