Registration for Fall 2020 Math & Language Arts Classes

(All Classes are offered in small groups of no more than 12 students)
Registration and Tuition Payment for Math and Language Arts Classes
1. We follow a semester system, with Fall and Spring registrations since we are affiliated with NAMC. We follow the Bay Area universities schedule.
2. Our Fall semester has 10 sessions and Spring semester has 10 sessions.
3. Our tuition is $37.5 per session. In Fall 2020, we will offer 10 classes, so the tuition for Fall semester is $375.00 plus a $100 annual registration fee.
4. All siblings who enroll will receive a 10% tuition discount.
5. The minimum registration is one semester. According to the NAMC guidelines, we do not have the ability to prorate tuition. Kindly consider this as you decide to enroll your child.
6. There is a $100 annual enrollment fee for every child enrolled. This is once a year payment for our affiliation. Students who continue into Spring from Fall semester are exempt from the fee.
7. We do not have any additional material fee - every material the child needs is provided in class.
8. We do not encourage missed classes, so kindly plan your vacations around our class schedule. We cannot offer make-up classes for any class missed. We do, however, send all materials to the families, and can provide 15-minute one on one help to the child with prior appointment only (this is offered a maximum of two times during the semester for two missed classes - for more classes missed, please work with the instructor)
How to register for Math or Language Arts classes for Fall 2020 (for GATE registration, please see here)
1. Registrations for Fall 2020 will be online - by PayPal
2. Payment for a family enrolling one student (in Math enrichment or Language Arts), or payment for the first student of a family will be $475.00 ($375 - tuition and $100 annual registration fee).
3. There is a 10% discount for each additional student enrolled or if enrolling for multiple classes.
4. For using PayPal, please use our email : [email protected] (please note the "dot" between the words "mathpi" and "academy")
IMPORTANT - If you use PayPal, you need to use the "Friends and Family" option so that you are not charged for PayPal services. If you do not use the "Friends and Family" option, we will return your payment and you will have to create a new PayPal transaction using the "Friends and Family" option.
5. We only offer a session if we have at least 4 children enrolled in a section. We hold a spot for your student but do not process tuition till we confirm a section, or can provide you an alternative section.

POLICY ON FEES, DISCOUNTS AND REFUNDS (Please note carefully)
- We offer one of the lowest rates in the area since we are a consortium of university professors supported by NAMC philosophy and guidelines (comparable local tutorials offer 9-10 sessions for $500 - $600)
- We offer 10% sibling discount for 2 or more children attending - this is only for our MATH & LANGUAGE class. For GATE classes, there is no discounts we can offer
- We offer multi-class discounts of 10% for any second (math or language arts) class enrolled
- There is NO REFUND as per National Association of Math Circle policy for the semester after the second class.
- If you decide not to continue after the first class, you need to notify the instructor in writing and receive a confirmation BEFORE the second class. You get the tuition back AFTER a $40 charge for first class and materials provided.
- NAMC policy is one semester registration - no requirement to re-enroll if not satisfied
- We offer a $25 referral credit whenever a family registers for one semester on recommendation (and explicit email confirmation) of one of our existing families
